About football
I know a lot About football know allot about football, but for now we will learn about positions and skills. The quarter back(or QB)is the main offensive player. The entire audience is usually focused on him. Because he is the one who gets the plays done! For instance if it is a pass play he has to either, see that someone is open and be able to make the play happen. Or he has to be able to see that no one is open and be able to run down field. This is called awareness,(is needed to get the play done). Now let’s talk about the running back (or HB). The HB has to be fast. Has to be able to truck too.(Trucking is to be able to run through the tackler).He has to be able to juke also.(Juking is planting one foot on the ground and pushing with it quickly to get around the tackler). He must be able to break tackles too. Now let’s talk about the full back(or FB). He pretty much just blocks for the HB. He will also need awareness and speed. He pretty much needs to be like the HB. So big plays can happen. Like the running back scores a long touchdown! And sometimes he even runs the ball…
